Christmas Party
He chose a Christmas Puppy!
Mercy had the Children's Christmas Party today and since Harry was feeling great, we decided to introduce him to Santa Claus. Although he thought Santa was a little scary(OK a lot scary, he jumped off his lap and ran to Daddy's arms crying) he did however enjoy the candy cane from Old St Nick. We also made a gingerbread man and a Jolly ornament. Harrison also made a Santa hat, that much to our surprise, he wore most of the day. They had some Christmas games and you could even write a letter to Santa. Harry won some stickers (with Daddy's help) throwing balls at a stack of presents and knocking them over. At the end of the party he was allowed to pick one present. Joe and I tried to push the frog or lion, but no, Harry picked out the puppy dog. Puppies are OK, but that's really all he has. We wanted something different. I guess it is his present after all.

Gobble Gobble
Another little craft from daycare - the blondest little Indian you'll ever see.
Harrison's pouty lip.
I can't believe it's already the holiday season. Time sure has gone by quickly. On behalf of the Glover Family, we want to wish you all a blessed Thanksgiving. We are so grateful to have such wonderful family and friends. Joe and I are especially thankful for such a handsome, sweet little boy. He brings so much joy and laughter to our lives. Hope everyone has a delicious meal tomorrow - remember, calories don't count on the holiday...

It's Fall...
Happy Halloween Tigger!
Harry enjoyed halloween this year. We went to about 10 houses and filled his little pumkin full of candy. I think M&Ms are his favorite.

Chester's Pumpkin Patch
wheelbarrow race with Daddy
Joe and I took some vacation time this week, so today we went to Chester's Pumpkin Patch in Piedmont (about 20 minutes from our house). There was alot to see and do for a reasonable price. Harrison loved the pony ride! He didn't want to stop. There was also a petting zoo with some goats, chickens, cows, horses, and rabbits. We bowled with pumpkins (Mommy got a strike). Daddy roped a steer with a little help from Harry. We took a hayride to the other side of the farm and walked through a corn maze. It was fun, not too long. Then Harrison played in a giant pile of sand with a bulldozer and a dumptruck. There was a pretty big slide that Daddy and Harry tumbled down. It was kinda fast, I have to admit I fell on my hiney a time or two. Next, Harry and Daddy had a little wheelbarrow race. Finally, we picked out some "sugar pie" pumpkins to take home. Gotta love beautiful weather and vacation days.
Playing at the Park
It was a beautiful Oklahoma day, so we headed off to the park for the afternoon. Harrison usually loves the swings, but today he played more on the slides. Daddy and Harry even tumbled down a giant grass hill. Unfortunately, no pictures of that. I was too busy laughing at Joe rolling down a hill, moaning as he went, and trying to keep a hold on Harry so he didn't tumble too fast. Fun, fun afternoon.
